So I have been thinking... in the shower.I definitely do my best thinking there, not really sure why maybe its the hot water or the fact that its a little peace and quiet away from Baxter nipping at my heels.
Oh thinking...about 40 days of lent. Having been raised a Christian home and going to a Baptist church most of my life, I have heard of lent but never participated. Now that Dave and I are going to Trinity Anglican Mission we have heard more about lent. I can't think of anything that I want to give up...I know sounds selfish...but I have been giving up a lot lately now that I am on Weight Watchers (Love it by the way...would suggest to anyone who wants to lose weight!!)
So, what I have decided is that for 40 days I look for ways to show love to those around me and look for ways that God is blessing others. Shouldn't been too hard... finding ways that God is blessing others, He will have to work on me showing love.
